Toshiba Satellite Laptop L505-S5988 Intel Core2 Duo 2.1GHz /16" TFT-LCD widescreen with TruBrite technology/ 4GB ddr3/ 320GB/ Double-layer DVD±RW/ Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bitIn a nutshell, my mom purchased a VGA cable with the intent of connecting a laptop to the tv in the living room and using it as an output device for the laptop, but it isn’t working and it isn’t clear what the nature pf the problem is, I would put it down to drivers but then there was no disk included with the cable so that makes it unlikley. So yeah, any help with this would be much appriciated.

I bought this MacBook Pro 2.53 with 4GB of DDR3 RAM. A month later I noticed that the processing speed significantly slowed and the cooling fan is always lower. I got in the Apple store site and learned that the fan works and there's nothing you can make noise. I asked them if they would replace it with another because it was only a month ago, but I was told that a refund was never a possibility, if your computer is broken. I am very disappointed, considering what I paid for this computer.

Okay, its newly redesigned MacBook Pro line.
Pro
The body feels solid aluminum
-The keyboard feels right and is backlit
The LED screen is great. Some people complain about that, but for me it's just bright, clear and colors are excellent.
The battery life of an average of more than 5 hours. Not bad, but far from the advertised 7 hours. Not a BC with the battery life is still excellent
Bootup speed is excellent. 20 seconds to start and less than 5 seconds to get shut down.
-Snow Leopard is fast and frankly it makes life easier.
